BlackRock required a complete brand refresh of their employee benefits programme in a bid to refresh interest and increase engagement. Consulting with BlackRock’s internal HR team, we started with a new brand name, I then created their new logo and put together a small set of brand guidelines including logotype alternatives, colour palette, iconography, photographic style and design examples, all specific to ‘MyChoice’, while respecting the overall BlackRock branding. This was rolled out throughout their benefits collateral during 2018, starting with a digital guide of which there are some sample pages featured below.
